If you’re a government official in Richland County, S.C., you get to do pretty much whatever you want …
Like park in (or in this case all over) handicapped parking spaces – whether you have a handicapped tag, sticker or pass displayed on your vehicle.
One of our readers capture this yellow Ford Thunderbird parked a Kroger grocery store in downtown Columbia, S.C. on Monday morning.
“There was no handicapped sticker or card on – or in – this car,” our source says.
So whose car is it?
The license plate is a statewide speciality tag for one of the state’s clerks of court … and in Richland County, S.C., the clerk of court is none other than Jeannette McBride (whose family was at ground zero of the $1.2 billion “Richland County Robbery,” last year’s stolen election).
We’ll let you know if we confirm the identity of the driver …

It’s Richland County. They use the county number for those tags. Richland is #40 in alphabetical order.
Must be nice. I’m not sure we should be telling government employees what they can or cannot purchase with their own money though.

Diarrhea yellow isn’t helping matters either. Stylistically speaking, it’s just slightly ahead of the Aztec, but at least the Aztec has the reputation of being the mode of transportation for Walter White.

2) Unauthorized use of car by someone else.
3) Late for work. (Important job, works for “the people”, yada yada yada).

5) Alcoholism, prescription drug addiction or some other issue and welcomes the opportunity for counseling (and paid time off).

If you streetview her address 2415 Pinehurst Rd on google maps you will clearly see that ugly yellow car in front of her house…case solved.

There is a non-handicapped right next to the disabled spot. So the person that parked this car managed to save herself about 3 footsteps. Congrats.
