Non-Profit Paid $150,000 To Nikki Haley’s Sister

The S.C. HIV/ AIDS Council – a non-profit organization that receives federal funding for its operations – paid $150,100 to S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley’s “guru” sister Simran Singh in 2009.
