Rebecca Parker Elliott – the un-indicted “cash for contributions” co-conspirator (and alleged lover) of former S.C. Lt. Gov. Ken Ard – is currently employed by the U.S. congressional campaign of Florence, S.C. attorney Jay Jordan.
