“On behalf of South Carolina Republicans, I congratulate Governor McMaster on his ascension to the Governor’s Office and wish him much success.
“Governor McMaster is a lifelong Republican, former state GOP chairman, and true public servant who loves South Carolina with all of his heart. I know he will continue our state’s legacy of great Republican governors. The South Carolina Republican Party looks forward to working with him.”
