ONE-TIME #NEVERTRUMP LUMINARY TOUTS DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE’S THEME …

S.C. governor Nikki Haley got her Tuesday morning kicked off with an inspirational … albeit interesting musical selection this week.

“Started my day with ‘Fight Song’ by Rachel Platten,” Haley wrote on her Facebook page.  “Wanted to share so that everyone gets an additional boost! Enjoy!”

First (with all apologies), here’s the tune …

Ugh.  Seriously.  Hate.  It.

In fact were we a gaggle of fourteen-year-old high school girls we’d probably still find that atonally offensive … on multiple levels.

Anyway … why does anyone care what sixth-grade cheese-pop Haley promotes on social media?

Well, “Fight Song” just so happens to be the official theme song of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton‘s foundering (literally) campaign – the tune that’s played at the beginning and the end of all of her rallies.

Hell, one of Clinton’s top staffers has even referred to the song as “a reminder of what’s at stake in this election … the fight for immigration reform, the protection of black lives, environmental justice and the continued fight for reproductive justice.”

Wow …

Not surprisingly, Haley’s social media jukebox selection raised plenty of online eyebrows …

“Is this a goofy slip-up by a GOP state governor, whose attempt at a rousing and inspirational social media update is actually a tacit endorsement for a Clinton campaign message?” Mediaite mused.  “Or, is this masterful trolling at its best?”

Hmmm … we think the answer is pretty clear.

Haley’s 2020 presidential bid just officially kicked off, people.
