PALMETTO STATE’S “MINORITY” PARTY IN LOCKSTEP FOR CLINTON
South Carolina’s Democratic voters overwhelmingly back the presidential candidacy of Hillary Clinton – with 71 percent of them saying they support her 2016 bid. By comparison, independent socialist U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders is supported by only 15 percent of Palmetto State Democrats.
That’s according to the latest results of The Winthrop Poll, released this week.
Blacks support Clinton by an even wider, ten-to-one margin (80 percent to 8 percent) … while women prefer Clinton by a 72-13 percent spread.

Complicating Sanders’ “First in the South” calculus? The Winthrop Poll found 72 percent of Clinton supporters were “solid” in their commitment, compared to 28 percent who “might change their mind.” Only 42 percent of Sanders’ supporters described their commitment as “solid” – with 57 percent saying they could change their mind in the future.
Yikes.
The most frightening number in the poll? Sixty-five percent. That’s the number of Palmetto State Democrats who believe Clinton is “honest.” Only twenty-four percent said they didn’t believe that word described her.
Those are amazing results in light of Clinton’s dishonesty in addressing her recent email scandal …
Meanwhile 81 percent of respondents said Clinton “understands the needs of everyday people.”
Nationally, Clinton is supported by 53 percent of Democratic primary voters, according to the latest aggregate polling data from Real Clear Politics. That puts her 24.4 percentage points ahead of Sanders, who had cut her lead to roughly 12 percentage points in late September.

Those same 65% who believe she is honest also believe that Matthews, Clyburn and Cobb-Hunter have their best interests in mind and want income equality for all. Yet those 65% don’t pay attention to the fact that those politicians are raking in six digits a year, own more than one house that they don’t live in half the time and are only good at getting their names on buildings. What have any of those politicians actually done for their constituents lately? Their districts are still high on unemployment and crime and low on graduation rates.

I actually get out quite often thank you- and FYI, I don’t live in the midlands. Besides, what does that have to do with the fact that the Dems don’t care about anyone but themselves? Anything they create in the community is a money pit instead of a money generator. Example, where I live they are building a $4 million dollar basketball/rec center, which won’t create any new jobs and will probably be a hot bed of criminal activity, just like the old one they are replacing. Your response has no bearing on the initial comment I made.
In most of SC the best guess would be that some well-connected GOPers got the millions total of design and construction and real estate fees for the center, and likely for supplies and in concessions and other stuff too..
That is to say, in analogy, “In SC we don’t usually build roads for the people who drive on them, rather for the people who build them and build along them and build at the end of them.”

Odd, I just read an article yesterday about companies insisting that employees sign a Christian Sharia arbitration agreement as a condition of employment. Agree not to sue, and if there a grievance, it doesn’t go to a mediator or even a regular arbitrator, but one who conducts the arbitration according to Christian legal principles, which may or may not be consistent with US legal system principles or even the Constitution. And, some employers retain the right to take the grieving party to secular court if they don’t get the result they want from the Christian arbitrator.

Before the infamous inquisition by Howdy Gowdy I was undecided on my choice for president. After watching for 11 hours,count them ,I was so disgusted by the Republican members and the chairman that the right choice became clear ..Their agenda was beyond transparent . Mr.Gowdy ‘s quoting Mr.Blumenthal”s emails were an obvious attempt to embarrass and discredit Hilary Clinton and embarrass the current administration . He simply proved what he and others had been accused of by members of their on party. Their paranoia of her possible success as a presidential candidate drove them to behave in a hateful and rude manner . As an Independent voter who has voted for Republicans in the past,including Howdy Gowdy I am now clear that I will not vote for any candidate who represents the party of chaos and hate, and that Hilary Clinton has what it takes to deal with any bully that comes along.
I don’t know too much about Hillary in detail, but judged by the people who hate her she is probably on the right track.
