Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee – who is still waiting for God to tell him whether to run for president in 2016 – offered up some interesting thoughts regarding the politics of gender this week.

“I think it’s time Republicans no longer accept listening to the Democrats talk about a ‘war on women,'” Huckabee said Thursday during a Republican National Committee gathering in Washington, D.C. “The fact is the Republicans don’t have a war on women, they have a war for women, to empower them to be something other than victims of their gender.”

Oh boy …

Just getting warmed up, Huckabee added that Democrats believes women are inherently weaker than men – and more reliant on government subsidies.

Specifically, he said Democrats want women to believe “they are helpless without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing them for them a prescription each month for birth control because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of government.”

Wait … Uncle Sugar?

Who the hell is that?

Look, the last time we checked both parties were engaged in a war on women … and a war on men … and the battle lines revolve around tax dollars and fundamental freedoms which know no gender.

Gender-baiting politics by either a Democrat like Nancy Pelosi or a “Republican” like Huckabee means one thing (and one thing only): That both major parties need meaningless, divisive drama to keep woman and men distracted from the joint ass-raping they are administering to our wallets and our liberties.
