Miss our first bowl recap? Not to fear … we’ve got you covered with this update.

It’s been a good postseason so far for the PAC 12 – which has seen No. 10 Oregon, No. 17 UCLA, No. 25 Southern California, Washington, Arizona and Oregon State each earn bowl victories.  Meanwhile it’s been a terrible postseason for the MAC – which has dropped all four of its bowl games (including No. 23 Northern Illinois’ disappointing loss to Utah State).

It’s also been a ho-hum year for our founding editor Will Folks (a.k.a. Sic Willie) and his #FITSPick selections.  Heading into the New Year’s Day games Sic has posted a disappointing 9-9 record.

In case you missed it, this website has been outspoken in its coverage leading up to the bowl season – chronicling the dominance of the SEC against other major conferences (here and here).  We also penned a column equating the elevation of unworthy teams to BCS bowls to government welfare.

Seriously …

Will the SEC rise to the occasion?  So far its teams are 3-0 – but the real tests begin on New Year’s Day, with three of its powerhouses going up against Big Ten opponents.

Here’s a complete rundown of this season’s bowl games (including scores, odds, kickoff times, television coverage and predictions) …

It was a Great game. Amid a lot of very bad games. It may have been the first match-up of 2 ranked teams.

Academia is crawling w/ liberals. And that is so true among college AD (Ray Tanner being a refreshing exception.)

Because of the leftwing mindset in the NCAA, the bowl season SUCKS BIGTIME…

Liberals Fail at EVERYTHING (see Obama.)..And the NCAA is the Epitome of liberal Failure…

Methinks GT celebrated a little tooooo much on New Year’s Eve and forgot to take (or the Asti caused an adverse reaction to) his meds….

Some advice: If you have to (yet again and again) refer to “Meds” in a post to insult those you hate…why not just STFU…

You are so trite, you look like a vapid idiot trying.

In other words: If don’t have an original thought in your brain…you reveal yourself as stupid repeating the same old tired lines, other dolts perpetuate toward their enemies.

On behalf of all Gamecock fans, can someone please tell this idiot to STFU himself. I am a true Gamecock, class of 91, and a letterman as well. He does not speak for all of us ,or anyone other than himself for that point. For the love of god man, a post about a football game has nothing to do with Liberals. I am a Republican too FYI, so don’t start some BS retort rant. I truly am what you claim to be, I am just not a moron. Sorry to jump in there TBG, I am sure you needed no help, I’m just fed the “F” up with this guy.

You labor to qualify yourself as a Gamecock…then add as an afterthought a letterman…..yet I never said a word about the Gamecocks…then you denounce the incorporation of politics, then you swear you are a Republican…injecting politics….

Not sure what you are, other than a likely liar…

PS: There are a lot of Republicans and USC grads who are Dumb@$$#$. If you are telling the truth, you are clear proof of that…

R. Tanner January 1, 2014 at 1:30 pm

STFU and watch the fucking game already.

“If don’t have an original thought in your brain..you reveal yourself as stupid repeating the same old tired lines…”

EVERY post this idiot writes says the same shit. Damn liberals, Obama’s fault, Fits sucks, or claims anyone to actually be republican or gamecock is a liar because they don’t say the same crap he does, etc. Either he has no original thought himself, or every post he writes actually writes something new, but the liberals some how reword it and change his post to the same thing over and over. You know what I guess it is all the Liberals fault.

Honestly Tango, I am what I said I was and quite frankly if you claim I am a lair I don’t care, so just go fuck yourself.

Someone please turn off the Wi-Fi in the mental hospital.

They didn’t fail at beating the republicans in the last 2 elections. I don’t know why you would point to Obama as an example of failure, it would be more accurate to describe the republicans and their tea party wing as the big losers.
