In addition to Moffly’s spot, a new mail piece from former S.C. Sen. John Kuhn (RINO-Charleston) takes aim at Teddy Turner, son of liberal media mogul Ted Turner.

Why are Kuhn and Moffly on the attack? Easy: Because both are second tier candidates desperate to break into the top tier of this race … and time is of the essence (with just ten days remaining before GOP primary voters go to the polls).
Given that none of the sixteen (that’s right, sixteen) “Republican” candidates is likely to break the fifty percent threshold, the top two finishers will face off in a runoff election in April. That means frontrunner Mark Sanford (who is all but assured of one of those top spots) will be going up against either Turner, trial lawyer Curtis Bostic, State Sen. Larry Grooms or S.C. Rep. Chip Limehouse.
The winner of that race will go up against well-funded Democrat Elizabeth Colbert-Busch, sister of comedian Stephen Colbert …
