Columbia – Today Governor Haley announced the Finance Committee for her reelection bid. The South Carolina Democratic Party released this statement from Chair Dick Harpootlian:

“Nikki Haley has spent the last two years traveling the country campaigning for a losing Presidential campaign and fundraising outside of South Carolina. Today she announced a reelection finance committee demonstrating that the next two years will be full-time politics again while she tries to claw her way into a second term.

“After 3.5 million South Carolinians had their personal information stolen from her administration, and while she campaigned for a port in Georgia and not South Carolina, and as South Carolina lags behind the rest of the region in job creation, this Governor refuses to govern.

“Nikki Haley fool us once shame on you; fool us twice shame on us.”

She always has a job waiting at Exotica, as the sign is still up, the lights on, and dresses in the window. So much for the Retiring…Everything Must Go sale.
