GROOVE IS IN THE HEART, PEOPLE
We’ve written so many stories about the on-again, off-again love affair of S.C. Comptroller General Richard Eckstrom and former State Superintendent of Education candidate Kelly Payne that we’ve literally lost track of … and interest in … the saga.
In fact we’re not even bothering to recap the many twists and turns that these star-crossed lovers have taken over the last two years … (you can read all about them in our most recent update).
