… WAIT, ISN’T THAT OUR JOB?
An internet site that ostensibly provides voters with information about political candidates also links to porn sites … and believe it or not, we’re not talking about FITSNews.
The website – www.vote-sc.org – allegedly included at least one pornographic link on a page devoted to political candidate Brian R. Doyle. More porn was said to be available when viewers logged onto a website purporting to be affiliated with Doyle’s campaign (Doyle’s actual campaign website is www.briandoyleforcongress.com).
Doyle – a convicted felon – is the Democratic nominee for South Carolina’s third congressional district. In 2003, he was convicted on six counts of Medicare fraud and making false statements, for which he received a 30-month prison sentence. He has absolutely no chance of defeating U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan (a fiscal conservative rock star) … which is why it’s funny that he is being targeted in this way.
News of the pornographic content involving Doyle was first reported by WSOC TV 9 (ABC – Charlotte, N.C.).
UPDATE: It appears as though the www.briandoylecongress website has been removed from the web. Hmmmm … again, this is one of the more bizarre political whodunit’s we’ve seen.
