A few days ago, we wrote about an ongoing federal investigation into the Sikh Religious Society of South Carolina – the temple where S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley’s parents, Dr. Ajit S. “Doc” Randhawa and Raj Randhawa worship (and where Haley is alleged to have kept the books).
Below are a pair of documents obtained exclusively by FITS – documents which were reportedly provided to the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) back in October of 2010. After a preliminary investigation by SLED to determine the validity of the various charges contained therein, a decision was made to refer the case to the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C.
We’re receiving conflicting reports regarding the status of that investigation (i.e. whether indictments are imminent or not), but these are reportedly the documents which got the ball rolling.

Wait til they investigate Exotica. The above will be small potatoes by comparison.
By its time January 12, 2012 at 4:54 pm
My 10 year old could have created those documents.
By fitsnews January 12, 2012 at 5:26 pm
maybe your 10-year old did create them …

Will
You have tried every trick in the trade, you have made up every story that your “fertile” mind can cook up, in trying to defame Nikki Haley. But as they say when you spit on the sky, it falls on your own face.
This is perhaps a millionth time that you are inventing such canards in your relentless Jihad against Haley and her family members who by misfortune came in contact with you and committed the blunder of giving a job to a ruthless operator who is now using the internet to defame and possibly blackmail them.
The documents that you have attached here are not worth the piece of paper they are written on. These are mere allegations of a company which alleges that it was not paid by the temple and may or may not be true. Such disputes are filed as mechanic liens in the court by hundreds every monthl by contractors. This guy should have done the same. Obviously he has not done so as it appears he may or may not have any case.
If I remember correctly, I had written in these columns last time when you wrote many concocted stories on the subject of temple. My research and phone calls to the temple/congregation members had confirmed the following. Off course you are not bothered about the truth but would slander the family on any lame excuse.
That Randhawa family has been more than generous in its donations to the temple and in fact donated the land for the temple and do lot of voluntary work.
Dr. Rick Singh has donated more than hundred thousand of his own money to the temple.
Nikki Haley has absolutely nothing to with the temple, its fiances and so called book keeping and has only visited the temple on rare occasions for family functions in the last 5-7 years.
Here is what Bible says about low life scoundrels/slanderers who profit by spreading falsehood.
1 Corinthians 6:10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God.

You are kind of a buzz kill, Gary.

Dr. Rick Singh donated money bilked from medicaid.

“Nikki Haley has absolutely nothing to with the temple, its fiances and so called book keeping”
That sounds like a press release denial, is that you Mr. Godfrey?

Just funnier than hell that you are quoting Holy Scripture as part of your efforts to defend a group of non-Christians. And I find it ironic that you chose that particular verse. You may want to make your friend (and probable employer) Sikh-turned-Methodist Nikki Haley aware that liars, thieves, slanderers and the like are destined for a very heated eternity according to the Scripture. She is all of that, and more.

Gary, instead of trying to give Will a spoon full or two of your nonsensical blabbering jabber try to better write your sentences so that what you are hearing in your head actually is put in type. You are so adamant about making your point that you are omitting/leaving out/disregarding vital words.
With that being said….The old adage of “Keeping your mouth shut and appearing stupid or opening your mouth and removing all doubt” describes you to a tee every time you type!
Obviously, you are affraid of going down in flames with her….you must be really, really close to her…hmmmmm?

Nikki Haley “The Skank” should not be mad if Will posts something about the church and neither should anyone else. You don’t have to like all the information printed on FITS (sometimes I don’t either), but Will, like The Skank, has a first amendment right of freedom of speech. She and old PTT at LLR like to hide behind it from time to time when they have shit to say about legal associations that they have to defend later, so Will has that same right, besides he knows he has to have credible sources. It’s not Skank’s first amendment right, it all of ours. Fuck her and the horse she rode in on! Drive on Will!

I do feel sorry for the innocent Sikh community in that these shenanigans are about all most people know about them.
By Ima January 12, 2012 at 7:54 pm
“ELECTION IS ON NOVEMBER 2, 2010. Nikki and her family are grateful to everyone in the community for tremendous support in her campaign. You vote is vital.”
This either crosses or ever so gently skirts what’s permissible language for a religious body. One could make an argument that this could call into question the temple’s tax exempt status.
By fitsnews January 12, 2012 at 7:56 pm
Yup. Of course Gary would accuse you of concocting that premise to slur the good and decent Haleys.

According to Richland County RMC office the land for the
temple was purchased from Gene Haltiwanger on 8.6.92 by
Gurudwara Nanak Sar Sikh for 21,000.

Methinks Gary protests too much.
Gov. Haley unethical “consulting business” for a major engineering contractor doing much business with the state (Wilbur Smith & Associates) and for Lexington Medical Center — all disclosed after the gubernatorial primary race was completed make her suspicious all around.
Her paranoid “destroy e-mail” campaign, acceptance of $15,000 in campaign contributions from individuals related to our competitor, the Georgia Port Authority, and her subsequent quid-pro-quo “Savannah River Sellout” to allow the GPA to dump dredge spoils on our own “Jasper Marine Terminal” suggest further, continued, present-tense unethical behavior.
Her pre-election “transparency platform” has become an iron curtain.
I encourage FBI and IRS investigations.
Let the chips fall where they may.

In addition…the Bain Capital Group acquired a 60% controlling interest in Unisource Worldwide in Savannah,Ga for 850 million. Part of that agreement was a sale/leaseback of property on the Savannah River to Georgia-Pacific based out of Atlanta. Now we know Romney gave generously to Haley’s campaign for Governor and that she acquired 15X in Georgia for the Savannah River Sellout, along with endorsing Romney…..this is getting interesting. Bain Captial appears to be heavily involved in and around the Port of Savannah. Gotta wonder what’s going on here!
By NEWSFLASH January 12, 2012 at 11:22 pm
Is that Gene Haltiwanger related to one of Haley’s current staffers??
