If you haven’t read our point blank assessment of the current crop of GOP candidates, click here.
It’s must-read material …
In fact, FITS “first impressions” of the 2012 Republican field are currently spreading like wildfire within the national press corps thanks to a blast email sent from our founding editor, Will Folks (a.k.a. Sic Willie)
Its headline?
“The Oracle has spoken.”
If you haven’t seen The Matrix you may not get the joke, but basically Sic is ascribing other-worldly import to his opinion that the current crop of GOP candidates sucks donkey balls.
Do they? Damn straight they do … but once again our founding editor is probably thinking a little too highly of himself.

“These aren’t the candidates you’re looking for.
“You can go about your business.
“Move along.”
BTW: I like “The Matrix” series of movies but I’m not sure I am into them enough to relate politics to them. That is, I’m a “Star Wars” geek but I’m not sure I’m much of a “Matrix” geek.

If a ‘groid can become president, anyone can. That means Mitt Romney, who believes in extra wives (I’m okay with that), totem poles, and god was born in Utah in 1856, is a contender. He’s a moderate, has business and public sector experience, and the smartest of the batch. I support him.

Will Folks thinking too highly of himself, thought he gave up the reefer or was that just the booze…
