On Saturday evening, an uninsulated water pipe connected to Isaac-Devine’s downtown Columbia, S.C. pool house burst – prompting her to call for a little taxpayer-funded assistance. A fire truck arrived shortly thereafter to address the problem.
One of the firefighters responding to the incident said that the Columbia Fire Department “routinely” responds to such emergencies.
Hmmmm … good to know, right?
