U.S. President Barack Obama is unlikely to visit the “Golden Temple” in Amritsar, India next month due to “logistical” issues.
What are those issues, you may ask?
Well, to enter the temple Obama would have to cover his head – which is obviously an image the White House is hoping to avoid seeing as one out of five Americans already think Obama is a Muslim.
Here’s the thing, though … according to reporters who are covering the president’s trip, the White House originally said that Obama would visit the shrine – only to come up with the “logistical problem” excuse after learning about the cap requirement.
Ruh-roh.
The “Golden Temple,” or Harmandir Sahib (abode of God), is the holiest shrine in Sikhism, which is the religion practiced by the family of S.C. gubernatorial nominee Nikki Haley.

the good people of SC, red blooded American, you know those American people politicans talk about all the time, are going to be horrified and appalled should Haley bring her turbaned men and bendi-ed women to the state house steps.

Yep, that’s why all the Dems are fired up about any potential Muslim leanings of Obama, because if its true Obama wouldn’t pass the faith based tests for holding office of President – Damn it wait, that’s not the Dems that give a shit about it, and whoops, there is no test for holding office..
