SENATE WRITE-IN CANDIDATE GREG SNOAD TO ADDRESS USC STUDENTS TONIGHT
WHAT: Greg Snoad, write-in candidate for U.S. Senate from South Carolina, will speak to the University of South Carolina chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars this evening.
Snoad, a Greenville County high school social studies teacher, launched his write-in campaign for the South Carolina U.S. Senate seat currently held by Jim DeMint on September 6. Snoad’s platform focuses on bipartisanship and developing mutually satisfactory solutions to issues, offering voters what he calls a chance to make a symbolic vote for civil political discussion.
His campaign is being conducted entirely through social media, primarily Facebook and Twitter. The Snoad campaign’s Facebook group page is nearing 1,000 members.
