We got turned on to this song as the one uplifting moment of the movie High Fidelity (well, that and Jack Black singing Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On”). In fact, our founding editor liked the song so much he attempted (unsuccessfully) to incorporate it into his wedding reception (twice) – along with a string quartet playing Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

Anyway, this is one of Stevie Wonder’s hidden gems … as well as the perfect “first dance” song or closer to a mixed tape (which we hear some people still make).
