By FITSNews || It’s a bad real estate market, but S.C. Rep. Nikki Haley’s parents aren’t hurting.
In fact Ajit S. Randhawa and Raj K. Randhawa sold a 1.6 acre property on U.S. Highway 378 in Lexington County, S.C. last week for $1,050,000, according to county property records.
The Randhawas split the proceeds of the sale between their respective trust funds.
The property is located at 3574 Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia, S.C. – which is the address of the family’s clothing business, Exotic International. According to a 2009 assessment, the fair market value of the property is $771,810.
Making the purchase was New Bingus LLC. According to the S.C. Secretary of State’s office, New Bingus LLC was incorporated five weeks ago by Jeffrey K. Smith, a local dermatologist.
We’re not experts on real estate transactions, but we’re guessing that Smith is going to locate a new dermatology office on the property.
So … is there anything fishy (or even newsworthy) about this sale?
Not necessarily … but the sale was for more than the property is worth, it is part of the public record, and what can we say … we’re all about transparency around here.

This was a time-honored tradition back In Kentucky among Republican office-holders. Either someone would buy their house at a significant premium over its value, or would sell them a house many thousands of dollars less than they had paid for it.

Again an unnecessary news and a totally made up BOGUS issue of transparency and a subtle and mischievous hint of some impropriety simply to tarnish Haley.
Property sales are part of the public records which any one with a simple internet connection can see on the county site.
The sale price will not always match the county appraised value. The county uses standard sale comparisons and general area guidelines in evaluating property. I own two properties which the county has assessed at different values ( one more and one much less) than market value that the property is worth. Commercial property can be particularly tricky because its beauty and its utility is in the hands of it beholder/or its commercial use for a particular purpose. In retail it is location location location.

I am not a NH fan but this is BS Fits. That is a great piece of property on a very busy road with good access, visibility and quality construction. No one believes the assessors accurately assess value on commercial property. That is why point of sale assessment makes so much sense (although it creates its own issues). Property is being assess for its actual value (what a buyer and seller can agree upon).

We published this at 9 PM on Thursday evening during one of the slowest weeks of the year. We also didn’t headline the story (in fact we headlined a story complimentary of Haley) and we wrote within our article that we didn’t suspect anything suspicious was going on.
Also, earlier this month we backed Haley to the hilt in her battle w/ the SC Chamber, and last month we blasted the Democratic Party for attacking her.
As we do with Sanford, we will defend Haley when she’s right on the issues and criticize her when she’s wrong.
Having said that, this is the big leagues, and if Haley thinks that public transactions like this are going to escape some degree of public notice/ scrutiny, she’s nuts.

There is no if about it: Haley is Nuts. The property? I’d sell my house for a million, but, as Mark had Jenny’s money, Nikki will have mama and daddy’s money. Money walks the walk. Money gets friends. Money is power. Don’t think this is nothing. She will benefit like crazy. I would guess the property has been on the market awhile, so timing is just good luck. I do not know the details, and certainly you want the county assessment to be way less than you can get for your property. But, do not forget the other issue: money = power and influence. On a side note: it just seems to me that too many evil acting people these days are getting more power. Not fair. I guess I will wait on the universe to even things out.

Let me tell you about that building. You better listen and listen good. Her parents started Exotica to sell expensive clothing for women in Orangeburg. Guess what? They made millions, but no one shopped there, for the most part. Also, there was no way to shop online. They moved to Columbia, into the building they just sold. Everbody who was anybody in Lexington was concerned that it was a front, because, again, people did not frequent the store. Now, Exotica is located on the back side of a strip shopping center near Publix in Lexington. It’s in a hole if you will. Again, no one is even there, so how do yo shop? If you go on the website exoticasc.com, and click on shop with us, you cannot not order online. You will get only a blank email page so they can contact you. You cannot even see their store from the road. Also FYI. Michael Haley’s company, National Barter Co., also shared this same address with Exotica. FRONT!!!!!!! By the way, Nikki’s parents are from Punjab region. Their city is Amritsar. Amritsar is in Punjab. Punjab is a province of Pakistan. Sits an hour from Islamabad. The Sikh religion is formed from Islam and Hindu. Before you vote, you better do your research. By the way, Bobby Jindals family is also from the Punjab. What a coincidence.

I have it on good authority that many members of the GOP want to withdraw their support for Haley. BIG NEWS. They don’t trust her. The SC state chamber of commerce, run by very conservative people, have already said they will support Sheheen, not Haley. Let us be stupid and vote someone with Muslim ties into the governor’s office. Just remember our state is full of nuclear reactors. FACT FACT FACT!!!!!!!!! You better be concerned about this election. If Haley wins, she will end up on the national stage. Her mom and dad’s family are in Punjab, again, one hour from Taliban’s Islamabad. Did she just attend, as most sources say, or graduate Clemson? I am not sure she was born here. I have confirmed she never became a CPA. That would be the normal route. You must know this family is planted here. This nis VERY bad. I am not a Sheheen fan, but I cannot conceive of a Muslim connected governor.

What is wrong in folks questioning the – (1) education (2) birthplace (3) education and birth certificates (4) qualifications of a PUBLIC official?
