By FITSNews || The campaign of S.C. Republican gubernatorial nominee Nikki Haley has pulled a web video that features the song “I Gotta Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas. According to the Associated Press, Haley’s campaign did not have permission to use the song.

Haley spokesman Rob Godfrey confirmed Wednesday the campaign did not have permission to use the group’s music. Godfrey says the campaign’s creative team was simply trying to have some fun with a song Haley enjoyed listening to on the bus during the primary.
While Haley is a big fan of the Black Eyed Peas, her favorite song is Abba’s “Dancing Queen.” She is also a huge fan of John Mayer, particularly the song “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room.”
As our founding editor has noted in previous posts, she is also a fan of the band Snow Patrol, particularly the song “Chasing Cars.”

The Black Eyed Peas are terrible…
Politicians that don’t respect copyright annoy me… but I don’t get why this is a story(slow news I know) because there is no indication of a copyright complaint being made…
