How They Roll In Russia

By FITSNews || If you needed any additional evidence that we are living in a Bizarro World where “up is down” and “down is up,” check out the latest news from Mother Russia, whose media outlets have been pretty observant in their chronicling of America’s “decent into Marxism.”

Yet while our country dives headlong into the socialist abyss, there are signs that the “Cradle of Communism” is clawing its way out of it.

From the Moscow Times:

While Washington plans to pump unprecedented sums into what critics call a government takeover of health care, Moscow is moving in the opposite direction by backing legislation that could force hospitals and other public institutions to go commercial or close.

A bill scheduled to be approved by the State Duma in a third and final reading Friday aims to overhaul the financing for medical, educational, cultural and scientific institutions by giving them for the first time a free hand in how they spend state subsidies …

The bill … adopts a laissez-faire approach instead of a micromanagement one.

Yeah … they also have beauty pageants there, too.

Ordinarily, we’d say that Karl Marx would be rolling over in his grave … but given the direction the “leader of the free world” is taking, he’s probably pretty pleased on the whole.

Win some, lose some … right?

The leader could do nothing without congress. No matter which party is in power makes little difference,as neither truly has our liberty as their priority.Russia probably as more freedon now than we do.I would point to the % of citizens in prison as proof.

Kruschev promised “we will bury you”. Perhaps Russia has finally figured out how to accomplish this – with capitalism.
