Woodrow is very right on this particular matter. I highly doubt the high court will allow any of these lawsuits to hold validation. Here’s the funny thing, all of these AGs are about to waste tax-payer money! These cases will make no head way and the money spent on this entire process is tax-payer money, but its funny that no one is talking about that at the state level! South Carolina aside, if 2/3 of states want to opt out of this, Obamacare can be repealed by Constitutional amendment, and Washington will have to go along.

Sounds like a long shot, but that’s what repealed the alcohol prohibition.

Harrell does not have to kill it. The US Court system will. They can pass all the laws in South Carolina or any other state all they want and it will not matter. While some areas of federal law are meant to be vague; this is not one of them. Federal law trumps state law, period. No court in the US will say otherwise; therefore, this is a waste of time and effort to put this on any ballot and is a purely political move to let people think they can fight this in the court system. This avenue of challenge will only help the lawyers who are skillful enough to sucker those that would think they had a legal avenue for stopping this.
