These appear to be beach photos. Though not unheard of at the beach, I don’t think most black girls want to get a tan (of which I know they are capable of getting, however). I’ve very rarely seen ANY black folks at the beach in my experience.
I may be wrong, though–it’s been a long time since this mostly Caucasian (I’m part Creek Indian) fellow went to the beach to receive a dose of future skin cancer. I have absolutely no clue as to the current availability of female diversity on the sandy continental edge.
As for the “softcore” accusation, it’s not a perfect tactic by any means. Sure, it helps to insure that the mostly male cohorts in the statehouse and Congress pay more attention to Will’s site but, hey, look how little influence Will has had over Lindsey Graham with this site over the past few years of its existence.
