Got Papers? Big Brother Wants To Know …

By FITSNews || All American workers would be required to obtain and carry a biometric identification card under so-called “immigration reform” legislation being introduced by a pair of Democratic Senators from New York – Charles Schumer and Lindsey Graham.

Wait … Lindsey Graham is from South Carolina? And he’s a “Republican?”

Sorry. It’s tough to tell sometimes …

Anyway, Graham and Schumer’s “Big Brother” bill – which would cost tens of millions of dollars to implement – is apparently too radical even for the administration of Barack Obama, which withheld its support of the controversial legislation earlier this week.  That’s not to say Obama won’t eventually get behind the measure, though, he’s just had precious little time of late to focus on economic or immigration issues given his full-court press on socialized medicine.

This is the second time in recent months that Graham has positioned himself to the left of Obama ideologically, which might seem surprising – at least until you take a closer look at who’s bankrolling Graham’s public relations efforts.

Graham is the only Republican Senator currently supporting this legislation, just as he is the only Republican Senator supporting a massive energy tax hike to combat the thoroughly debunked man-made theory of global warming.

Frankly, we find it ironic that Graham – who has supported amnesty for illegal aliens in the past – now wants to force American workers to carry around a bio-chip in their wallets.

Incidentally, Graham and Schumer’s legislation would create a “path to citizenship” for nearly 11 million workers who are currently in the country illegally.

This is a perfect example of why the 17th amendment MUST be repealed to save our soverionty…Graham is a traitor to his constituents and would take their freedoms to further his personal power in some way.
This is the kind of control neo-cons slip in on the guise of protection…either from illegal immigrants and or terrorist…Its all bullshit.
If they want to control illegal immigration they would just open the border to anyone willing to use this technology on them and imprison any alien caught without it…simple.

    NOT U.S. citizens!!!

The State can not get Obama to pay off the 1 billion owed by the ESC unless Graham goes through with this.

If Obama does not pick up this tab the B and C will have to raise taxes directly and all the State legislators are scared of the mounting reality of having to tell the public that higher taxes must come now.

Tea Partiers should prepare candidates under the recognized Constitution Party to run against State Legislators ….many of whom that are going to pass these huge tax increases that are coming.

I also thought we would see a FITS whistleblower article about the earthquake in the State Pension system based on the “Established Rate of Return” number that Governor Leatherman’s boy on the Pension Board is protecting to keep this donut hole from being made public.

state retirement for the ” little worker bees” is held by Fidelity Investments.
state retirement for politicans and judges is held by other companies.

Fidelity is a tremendous great big huge problem in the financial world people. Hopefully someone else will research this important topic because in my view, state employees have probably already lost their retirement at Fidelity.

Fidelity to the law… verbalized by the last three Supreme Court Justices.
Fidelity/ infidelity… marital woes by numerous politicans.

Fidelity…. think about this too…. infidels.

    enough said yet??

E-Verify is like a revolving door, that has comes into existence by law. But if it works too good like any good enforcement tool, less honorable politicians will try to rescind it. Using all their influence at their disposal Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid, Speaker Pelosi nearly managed to get it tabled before it left the Senate. Infuriated by this, these lawmakers instituted another method to try and pry it from enforcement purposes. My guess is Janet Napolitano, who has never been good at accepting enforcement of immigration law, from the time she was Governor of Arizona. Came to the Democratic parties aid and used what she hired a non-biased company to research the success rate of E-Verify. But being supposedly non biased doesn’t necessary mean your not politically influenced by serious donations or grants from a government agency or a outside commercial entities.

Every non-prejudiced think tank, foundation or other so called non-profit is somehow swayed by an injection of money or other reward. E-Verify is subject to the same rules of every other piece of software, that it is only as good as the injection of government data-bases. Errors are bound to happen and that it already has a very successful rate of pinpointing illegal workers, It cannot be scrapped just because a lot of fraudulent ID carrying workers sneak through the applications barriers. In months to come more tools will improve its performance, that will halt illegal immigrants taking American jobs. We must remember Sen. Schumer has a poor record on immigration enforcement, that why himself and his friendly obstructionists are trying to distract us, with yet another innovation. It’s a big ruse, as its always been. The 1986 the legislators promised the American people, that there would never be another AMNESTY

At least that’s what the late Ted Kennedy proclaimed? But we all know the government or its public servants, never tell the truth. So here we go again, pushing for another AMNESTY of even more mind numbing proportions. Outside of the fact that millions more will try to gain entrance to America’s doors, before any kind of AMNESTY takes effect? Where are they going to get the money for processing? The millions that are here? The millions that will keep on coming? The Criminals will stay in the shadows, those who are deportable will not be processed. Whatever new enforcement is enacted, it is never going to work. Because its–NEVER–meant to work–or even enforced? The fence was never meant to be a real deterrent. ITS ALL ONE MONOLITHIC LIE. .That’s what’s happened to our country? The liberal, far-left socialist in the Democratic party has seen to that. Its even scary to think of the–BILLIONS–of dollars will be pried by the IRS, to support those already here and the millions who will definately come.

BETTER START FIGHTING BACK, TO STOP OVERPOPULATION AND MASSIVE ILLEGAL ALIEN WELFARE

Those illegal workers who think they have got past the E-Verify barriers, who think they have sneaked through. Better think again. ICE will return at certain intervals and recheck I-9s and audit those very companies again. E-Verify will be eventually a permanent tool, fully funded or the majority of the American people will want to know why? JUST DO NOT LET UP AT CAUSING YOUR POLITICIANS HEARTBURN AT 202-224-3121.
Don’t forget to give a livid mouthful to your lawmakers in each state.

Big brother already has long lists of false social security numbers turned in by illegals.

Seems like that existing info would be a good step to enforce immigration, rather than forcing u.s. citizens to succumb to being branded like slaves. Maybe a bar code branded across everyone’s forehead would be cheaper?

It’s a pity Lindsey Graham favors invasive all encompassing big government. He is definitely in big brother’s pocket (probably playing pocket pool).

Just a logical extension of all the rights terrorist fearing Americans were perfectly willing to give up under the Bush Administration.

Yes tap my phone, I doing nothing wrong; yes look in my bank account without telling me, I’m doing nothing wrong; yes, read my email’s, I’m doing nothing wrong; yes, the president should be able to declare someone and enemy combatant and lock them up without a lawyer or notice, that will never happen to me,I’m doing nothing wrong; Yes, put camera’s on every street, so the goverment can see what everyone is doing, it will stop the terrorists and it doesn’t impact me, I’m doing nothing wrong.

So what’s wrong with the new biometric chip they are going to implant in your neck? If you’re doing nothing wrong they will never need to use it. So why do you care?
