By FITSNews || Based on the BBC hit “Strictly Come Dancing,” celebrity dancing shows have become a global phenomenon over the last five years – with more than thirty countries picking up the “Dancing with the Stars” franchise.
Here in America, “Dancing with the Stars” is in its sixth year (tenth season) on ABC … where it has developed a huge following. Ratings have slipped a bit in recent years, though, with the 2009 finale earning the lowest Nielsen score since the first season finale in 2005. Not surprisingly, the show’s producers are seeking some star power to boost viewership for the upcoming season, which airs on March 22.
Among the luminaries they’ve chosen? ESPN sideline hottie Erin Andrews, reality TV mom Kate Gosselin and Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ocho Cinco. Oh, and Evan Lysacek, the men’s gold-medal winning figure skater from this winter’s Vancouver Olympics.
Will the big names work?
Who knows … we haven’t watched a single “Dancing with the Stars” episode nor do we have any plans to do so.
Seriously, people … call us when “(Pole) Dancing with the (Porn) Stars” comes out.
Then maybe we’ll watch …

Anderson is hardly a porn star, just a dumb skank with HepC with a mediocre to negligible acting career. Her finest screen performances seem to come when some dudes junk is in her mouth.
