By FITSNews || If there’s one thing we learned during the 1980s, it’s that nothing defuses violence (or preoccupies Zombies) quite like tightly-choreographed group dancing.
Well, we also learned that nothing made the ladies at E.L. Wright Middle School in Columbia, S.C. swoon quite like a young stud in an authentic Michael Jackson “Beat It” jacket – and parachute pants.

And no, we’re not at all embarrassed to have loved every minute of it.
Our founding editor?
Turns out he loved it a little bit too much, and as a result is about to be really, really embarrassed.

But if it makes you feel any better, Sic, I once saw Stiv Bators wearing pretty much the same jacket (MJ’s, not yours) during a Dead Boys reunion show. Of course, he was addicted to heroin, so he at least had an excuse.
