By FITSNews || Other than the fact that his cheeks get really, really red when he drinks (which he does a lot), we know absolutely nothing about S.C. Rep. Nelson Hardwick.
Seriously … nada.
Well, we take that back … we know that he got an “F” on the recently-released S.C. Club for Growth legislative scorecards (which makes him a RINO), and we know he’s on the shortlist of lawmakers who could end up being challenged in a GOP primary by our own Mande Wilkes – who has become something of a celebrity in Horry County given her starring role here on FITS.
But other than those three things (red cheeks, RINO, Mande possibly about to wipe the floor with him) … who the eff is this guy?
Well, we did a little research and discovered that Hardwick is a “majority” whip in the House, which basically means that he’s one of Speaker Bobby Harrell’s vote counters. He’s also a member of the House Agriculture Committee, which means he’s somebody Harrell clearly doesn’t respect enough to award with a real committee assignment, like Ways & Means, for example, or Labor, Commerce and Industry (LCI).
As for his money, Hardwick’s got around $35,000 on hand to run his reelection campaign in 2010 – although we’re guessing that he probably isn’t going to want to talk about where he got most of that money from.

Not everyone in Horry got the money. Seems that those most involved with the legislative success of the Chamber got none or very little. {Liston will show em one day). They rewarded the least effective for some reason, stupidity mainly, esspecially in their excuses and means of delivery.
