By FITSNews || By way of apologizing for our admitted slackness in covering the Olympics this year (thank God for Polly), we figured we would rekindle the “flame” by revisiting a 1998 Playboy photo shoot featuring two-time Olympic gold medal-winning figure skater Katarina Witt.
A.k.a. “Kati.”
The ladies’ singles gold medalist in 1984 and 1988, Witt’s Playboy appearance sold the magazine out for the first time since Marilyn Monroe three decades earlier.
It was also credited with bringing down the Berlin wall (really).
Anyway, enjoy .. they don’t make ‘em like they used to …
