By FITSNews || A 100-page amendment to S.C. House Speaker Bobby Harrell’s massive “economic development” bill has temporarily stalled debate on the measure – although the House Ways and Means committee is expected to pass the legislation at some point Wednesday.

Dubbed the “Economic Development Competitiveness Act,” the real name of Harrell’s bill should be the “Government-Run Anti-Competitiveness Boondoggle,” based on the bill’s heavy reliance on centralized government planning to drive economic growth,
Of course since that name is too long and the term “boondoggle” is more than a bit overplayed, we’re dubbing this legislation “The Kremlinator.”
