By FITSNews || In case you haven’t noticed, the vast majority of South Carolina’s 170 lawmakers are fat, decrepit, redneck mouth-breathers whose only form of physical exertion is walking the buffet line at one of the many special interest-sponsored receptions held each year in their “honor.”
Seriously, people … these knuckle-draggers haven’t been physically fit since they fought for the Confederacy.
Well, a bill filed last week by four (non-redneck) lawmakers could change that – and make lawmakers as tone as fitness buffs Gov. Mark Sanford and Lt. Gov. Andre Bauer. You know, since they’re already as tone-deaf as Sanford and Bauer.
Anyway, here’s the text of the bill:
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Chapter 3, Title 2 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:
“Section 2-3-240. Members of the General Assembly may use athletic clubs or gymnasiums owned by a state or local agency, entity, commission, or institution without charge.”
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Wait … is this a joke?
Sadly, no. It’s an actual bill.
You know, as much as the health of individual lawmakers concerns us (um, not!), the fact that these morons feel entitled to such special (free) treatment is almost as mind-boggling as the fact that they would choose this year to push for it.
Seriously, South Carolina’s unemployment is through the roof, our public school system is a disaster and our 1895 system of government is as dysfunctional as ever … and yet these idiots (in the midst of the worst recession in eight decades) are filing legislation giving themselves free memberships to taxpayer-funded athletic clubs and gymnasiums?
Amazing …

This is a play by Andre to work out at the USC student gym downtown for free.
He goes there to hit on CoEds.
It is pretty gross.

FITS:
You’re missing it: the bill does not say what they can use the gyms, etc., *FOR*: they can still move their buffet lines to the gym at USC or Clemson. Heck, why not throw fundraisers there, too?
Yeah, I’m cynical about it, too…

a bill alright… a bill that will be paid by the taxpayers.
Currently the Thurmond Center is off-limits to anyone but students and staff of Carolina… I guess this would allow them to go where they are currently not allowed. What’s new…

from the looks of the four sponsors, looks like that want to start their own private club.

Apparently the cockroaches took the term fat bastards personally.
If I have this correct, Lexington County taxes the crap out of me to build Crooked Creek Park. Then they continue to stick to me(taxes) to pay bloated salaries to a group of individuals who spend most, if not all of their time, on the job with their finger up their butt. To use the facilities I have to pay a membership fee. Now with this bill the fat bastards, whose salaries and expenses I already pay for, can walk into Crooked Creek Park and consider it their personal playground.
Every time I think there is no way the fat bastards can shove the 2×4 any further up, they manage to do it.

Looks to me that Andre’ is viewing something, like maybe, crotch or butt high. Some guy working out in tight gym shorts maybe?

Knowing how much Little Cisco cares about dogs, I decided to post his picture over puppy’s feed bowl. For the first time he refused to eat.
I then taped the picture on the floor. Within seconds he pissed a river on the picture.
I knew he was smart, just not that smart.
