By FITSNews || Columbia, S.C. is “crunk,” people.
That’s “crazy drunk,” by the way.
In fact according to Men’s Health magazine, Columbia ranks No. 13 in the nation on its upcoming survey of “America’s Drunkest Cities” – and is one of thirteen cities receiving an “F” grade.
Other “crunk” cities?
Fresno, Reno (where Johnny Cash once shot a man “just to watch him die”), Billings, Austin and St. Louis, which of course is home of Anheuser-Busch.
The rankings – which will be released in the magazine’s March edition – are based on a number of factors, like deaths from liver disease and frequency of DUI arrests, for example. They are also consistent with state data showing an abnormally high percentage of alcohol-related traffic fatalities in South Carolina.
