Angie Everhart (Was) Ready For Some Football

By FITSNews || Since we came of age during the glory years of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition (before all of the paint-on crap that supposedly passes for sexy these days), it goes without saying that model/ actress Angie Everhart will always hold a special place in our pants … err, hearts.

It’s just a shame she had to die in Jade.

But that was just a movie, right? She’s not really dead, is she?

We hope not … and rest assured that when we say that Everhart “was” ready for some football, we’re in no way implying that she’s presently unprepared for pigskin. It’s just that these pics are six years old – taken back in 2004 during the promotional hoopla from Lingerie Bowl I.

Why are we posting them today?

Yup … that’s our hero Peyton Manning’s autograph. At least we think it is. We haven’t had our team of handwriting experts analyze it yet.

Anyway, we’re actually posting these pics because Lingerie Bowl VII will be played next Sunday in Miami during the halftime festivities at Super Bowl XLIV, and we’re really excited about that.

Alright, alright … who are we kidding, that’s not the reason.

We’re man-crushing on anything Peyton-related that we can find right now.

Seriously, if somebody offered us “five minutes in heaven” with either Peyton Manning or Angie Everhart, we’d have to stop and think about it for a minute … before choosing (cough) Angie, obviously.

Wait … that doesn’t make us gay, does it?

We can talk about blitz pickups, Dallas Clark and hot routes in a dark closet, can’t we?
