Yes, that’s a headline referring to the President of the United States “groping for a strategy.”
Now … rewind the clock ten years and pretend that somebody applied that same headline to Bill Clinton.
Heck, while you’re at it, rewind the clock ten years and pretend that our national debt was still “just” $5.6 trillion.
