If you are going to call someone out for misspelling something, try not to do the same thing. You might “embarass” yourself.

You seem to have a great deal of difficulties with simple reading comprehension, as well as with the general nature of this blog, and blogs in general. Let’s see if I can dumb it down for you.

First, blogs tend to be forums for a great deal of venom. I’m happy to feed into such an atmosphere when I feel it is warranted. If it is news to you regarding the nature of blogs, maybe you need to go back to whatever it is you did before you just recently began looking at blogs.

Second, I’m never shocked when people disagree with me. Nor have I ever exhibited anything even remotely indicating disagreement shocks me. What does shock me, at times, is how dumb people can be when posting on blogs. People like you, for example. If I come off as arrogant and pretentious…good. I am smarter than you, and probably “better” than you by most measuring sticks.

Next, I didn’t call anyone a “retard.” I called OBD a “math retard.” He may be quite brilliant in other areas (I even alluded to that in a post), but his exhibited math is retarded. Do you know what a qualifier is?

If the term “retard” concerns you, perhaps I struck too close to home. Maybe you had some sort of diagnosis at some point that used the term. If so, I apologize if I offended you, but my comment was directed at OBD, not you.

As for questioning sexuality, I called OBD a homophobe. Look it up, then go back a couple stories to where that statement originated in regard to him. You, by the way, made the “out of the closet” comment, directed at me. Do you even read what you are posting? You can be quite ironic at times.

So, nobody mentioned me? So what? This is a blog, you imbecile. People post their comments, others post their comments, and sometimes people comment on the comments. I chose to comment on one comment I found to be stupid, and on one from OBD as a joke that came over from a different story. However, I don’t recall mentioning you, so why did you feel the need to comment on my comments? Again, ironic, no?

BTW, what’s with all the “mothers (sic) basement” jabs? You do realize that particular attempt at insult simply shows how unimaginative you are, and is further indication of what I believe you to be, which is, intellectually, rather dim. For what it’s worth, my mother is dead (thanks for reminding me), but I left her home more than two decades back. I did, for a brief period before I left, live in the basement, though. Alas, no computer hookup then, so you are not only wrong with your statement, but have always been wrong. That sounds like you, doesn’t it?

Now, when I want to debate people, and have a civil exchange, I do so. ODB doesn’t understand what is a civil exchange, though, so from the start, if I’m commenting on him, I’m using the tactics he favors. The other tool made a condescending comment about little Timmy Tebow, and some condescending comments/assumptions about a Pro-Life organization, so I chose to go negative with him/her. I would have thought you would have appreciated my posts, since you seem so opposed to condescension (ding, ding,ding…irony again).

If you’ve actually followed my posting patterns, as you imply you have, you would know I don’t cast the first negative stone. But if someone goes negative, I’m happy to oblige. I can sink, or rise, to virtually any level presented me. But I don’t set the tone.

Finally, gee whiz, you think I’m an asshole? You’re making me sad. I had such high hopes that we could become bestest of buddies. Guess I’ll need to look elsewhere to fill my imbicilic retard quota. I always try to keep one handy, just in case I need to pump up a friend’s spirits when he feels he isn’t as intelligent as I am. “Don’t worry,” I tell him, “very few are. Now, we don’t have 20% unemployment (give Barry time, and I’m sure he’ll do his best to get us there), but even if we did, your logic still fails, and as miserably as your homophobic rants (yeah, I’m still dinging you on that one). Logically, if there are more people, then there are more service needs, which means there are more jobs to fill (be they private sector or government). Unless, of course, you think that the added 50 million would simply lead to a complete collapse of our economy for some reason. You’d have to explain that position, though. Regardless, it seems rather unlikely that 100% of the 50 million additional lives would be unemployed.

But if you’re Pro Life AND homophobic, maybe you’re not a liberal after all, and I was simply wrong with my assessment of you. Rethinking your apparent Pro Life stance when you run into someone whose views are different from yours seems a bit extreme, though, as well as intolerant. You actually wish someone who disagrees with you, and points out your flaws and errors, was never born? Sounds like somebody is afraid of a little debate. Especially when the one you’re debating makes you look fairly foolish, childish, and, yes, homophobic. What are you hiding?

Where’s the anger? Or is that the best you can summon? Generally, when the weakminded see posts with which they disagree, they just claim the person is “angry.” But where are my “angry” words? As for an obsession, I’m just calling a spade a spade. OBD exhibits homophobic tendencies, which I have yet to see him deny. But again, where is the “anger”? If it makes you more comfortable to imply I am gay with your “out of the closet” admonition, then I guess that tells me a little bit about your own views. I’d still like to know, where do you see “anger”? Or, as I implied, is that your simplistic approach to debate and discussion. “That big bad person doesn’t agree wif me, so that must mean anger!” Yeah, I think that’s you.
