By FITSNews || It’s not as awful as S.C. Attorney General Henry McMaster’s so-called “jobs” plan, but the election year pablum spouted Monday by U.S. Rep. Gresham Barrett’s goobernatorial campaign was pretty damn pathetic if you ask us.
In fact, Barrett’s plan to create jobs in South Carolina by appointing a bunch of new bureaucrats (and government task forces) is already being lampooned by one of our favorite graphic artists as the “Happy Thoughts and Pixie Dust Committee.”

Yeah, that Sanford approach you and Nikki Haley advocate has really worked out well for SC – giving us the highest unemployment rate in state’s history.
The fact that you’ve devoted two posts to this is pretty telling. Barrett has a strong plan and it’s got you and the Haley folks nervous.

Holy crap Batman! This could be the name of the next great folk music blugrass rap band.
“Bohonkey Pimpstick and the Angel Dust Job Plan Band”.
Genius!

Sunshine, the only way Barrett will win is if there are no other candidates. His nonsensical blanks looks aside, he wants to put more tax-payer money into the government to study problems. We don’t need studies we need action here in SC.

Yes Darling Nikki we know you don’t have a snowballs chance in hell but its just in our RNA? to still think you do.

God Bless Old Bike Dude, I still cannot get over Bohonkey Pimpstick. That shit is classic. All the SC gubernatorial candidates seem to be terds, eventually one will float to the top while the others sink. Hopefully this one drops like a fucking brick.

You can’t get a job under Gresham’s plan unless you contribute to his campaign. You got to write a check to get a meeting with him as your Congressman. The guy makes you want to take a shower, without either he or Lindsey.

Sounds just like another legislative tactic….let’s have a committee look at the problem, let’s develop a task force….all leading to stalled tactics but look busy philosophy. Another typical politician.

“Another legislative tactic?” I suppose that you’d rather he propose an “executive tactic,” given that the Governor is an executive?

According to his new press secretary, Brecke Latham, a former spokeswoman for GOP Reps. Gresham Barrett (S.C.) and Jerry Moran (Kan.), Griffith returned to Washington last Tuesday to interview staff applicants.
