WTFDYJS?
Texting has gotten out of control in this country, people.
According to the latest data published by the U.S. Census Bureau, the number of text messages sent in America doubled to 110 billion last year – and the numbers for 2009 are expected to be even higher.
While most of those messages were sent by teens (who fire off an average of 2,000 texts a month), increasing numbers of older cell phone users are also beginning to grasp the utility of the SMS “medium.”
Of course, before you start firing off random messages to your “peeps,” you should probably know what all those various texting acronyms mean.
Here’s a comprehensive list, in case you don’t.
With so much texting going on, it’s also interesting to note that the duration of the average cell phone call is now just 2.3 minutes … down from a peak of 3.05 minutes in 2004.
How does the government know all of this?
Yeah … on second thought we’d probably rather not know the answer to that question …
UPDATE: Yes, that’s the lovely iJustine (a longtime FITS fave) pictured above … for more of her, click here.

Justine is hot!
I expect more articles from you of no real importance just as an excuse to show off pictures of her.
Regarding the subject of Lexington County (or was it “texting in the country?”) I have no opinion.
