Watch The Recession Eat America

recession

Sometimes, the only way to appreciate the true impact of something is to watch it in action.

Take the current U.S. recession, which has only intensified with each increasingly expensive “recovery” effort undertaken by the governing elite in Washington D.C.

Don’t believe us?  Click on the map above, which will take you through America’s county-by-county unemployment rates from January 2007 to October 2009.

To watch the recession literally “eat America,” click on the map above (or right here)…

Fits, What you don’t understand is how much worse off we would all be if Uncle Sam wasn’t actively working miracles in the financial marketplace to help us come out of this near depression. We are extremely fortunate to have great economic minds like Hank Paulson , Ben Bernanke, and Tim Geithner at the helm of our great ship. All of us should give thanks to Obama for keeping these masterminds gainfully employed as holdovers from the fiscally conservative Bush Administration. Rest assured, we are in the best hands money can buy.

The obama miracle – turned a recession into a depression.

But wait, there’s more miracle to be worked by the chicken-hawk-in-chief at the white house – 10% is actually gonna look fantastic once all the cities are done laying off folks in April and all the states follow with layoffs in July.

Under Reagan, you know, that President that you right wingers still wet dream about, presided over 10+ unemployment for about 9 months.

It’s always darkest before the dawn. I’m sure Fits and his ilk would love for unemployment to rise much higher, but they may not get their wish.

Dr. Hunley…What’s ironic is Democrats are just as bad at pointing fingers as Republicans. When will you guys figure out there is very little difference. The only difference is superficial and its only there to keep the status quo going.

Anyone notice the DC metro area is the only area in the East that is really riding out the economic storm?
