S.C. Senator Mick Mulvaney has launched his official Congressional campaign website, www.MulvaneyforCongress.com.
Actually, he launched it a few days ago but we’re a little slow on the uptake around here. Sorry ’bout that.
Mulvaney – who represents York and Lancaster Counties in the S.C. Senate – is running against Democratic Rep. John Spratt for South Carolina’s Fifth Congressional District seat, which Spratt has held for the past twenty-six years.
Although the Fifth District leans Democratic, polling data indicates that Spratt could be in trouble on a number of different fronts, including his votes in favor of President Barack Obama’s proposed energy tax hike and socialized medicine plan.
Mulvaney’s site was designed by The Mace Group, which FITS readers will recognize as the outfit that’s headed by Nancy Mace – the general’s daughter who achieved international fame by becoming the first woman to ever graduate from The Citadel.
Mace has previously designed sites for the S.C. Policy Council and S.C. Sen. Tom Davis, among others, and is obviously responsible for the design of the website you are currently reading.
In other words, she’s giving S.C. political “webmaster” Wes Donehue a well-deserved run for his money …

Go Citadel lady!

In a rare official statement, our Funding Editor had this comment:
“Balderdash!”
The BIN News Editorial Board agrees. Political wackos in SC sometimes seem to bond together around sic(k) willie and his little porn site.
The “mace group?” A child in Atlanta in her kitchen on an old laptop.
The S.C. Policy Scam Council? Just a political scam.
Mick? No chance. It’s not even going to be close.
But sic(k) willie will take his money. Even odds are that some mysterious top secret “black ops” radical terrorist group hacks mick’s web site soon.
Remember when sic(k) willie was exposed?
Claiming to be a “black ops” expert?
Such a political pimp.

The Fifth does not lean Democratic. The Cook Partisan Voting Index gives it a ranking of R +7.

Our next project might actually “scare” you. Ha! As always, thanks for the props!

Will – Dude…Nancy’s work is solid.
Don’t want to use me? Use Nancy. She understands new media and politics. I’m very impressed by what she’s doing.

Nancy,
“Ha!” And, “Cheers” back to you, too!
“Props?” What “props?” :)
Our Funding Editor always agreed with sic(k) willie’s comments that you have pretty eyes and a nice “disposition.” But she thinks his reference to your “disposition” has anatomical implications. He’s such a pimp.
You are known by the company you keep. Just make sure you keep clean diapers on the baby – and on sic(k) willie.
