There is an excellent movie anyone concerned with our food system should see. It is called Food Inc. it has wonderful reviews and the whole family would enjoy it.

In the movie, Joel Salatin , a farmer in Virginia, asked the best question I have heard in a while .

As a true barometer of health care success, why doesn’t our country try to reduce the number of overall hospital visits next year? Isn’t that a truly worthwhile goal for us to achieve?
