Seems he was coming from a cockfight and had this underage rooster with him. The rooster blew a 1.9 on the breathalyzer-- well over the limit. The guy claimed he was coming from a Klan meeting and someone must have slipped the chicken a mickey. The officer who let the three go is being investigated by SLED. The sherif's office issued a "no comment" and said they were turning the investigatioin over to Animal Control.
