One of his pushes while he "visited" the legislature last time was to urge support of prettying up the Rock Hill area on/off ramps. If he accomplishes one thing, he will have exceeded expectations. It is the same.

But now that I think of it I guess reliable conservatives see no problem with exploiting an underclass while vilifying them. I guess that's just good business.
