How Do You Like Your Bunny, Steve Phillips?

Steve Phillips has a “Stage Five clinger,” people … a real-life case of “Fatal Attraction” that has the ESPN baseball analyst and former General Manager of the New York Mets facing a family and professional implosion.

According to a shocking exclusive story published in Wednesday’s New York Post, Phillips is being stalked by one of his former lovers – a 22-year-old ESPN production assistant who … get this … actually posed as a high school student to get close to his 16-year-old son.

The woman, Brooke Hundley, also crashed her car after leaving a Stalkergram for Phillips’ wife, a letter that – among other things – revealed that “Steve has a big birthmark on his crotch right above his penis and one on his left inner thigh, so you know I’m not being fake.”

Yikes.

Hundley wasn’t done, though.

“He enjoys being with me because I have more of a passion and drive to really do something with my life,” her letter to Phillips’ wife reads.

Slap.  Of course, Hundley later says that “I’m not telling you all of this to hurt you in any way.”  Mmmm-hmmm.

We know what you’re thinking … this girl’s gotta be “train smoke” hot, right?  Just like Glenn Close …

Sadly, no … not even a little bit … which makes Phillips’ saga all the more embarrassing for the disgraced analyst, who has admitted to having sex with Hundley three times.

Gross, dude!

This isn’t the first time Phillips has landed in a sticky situation with an employee.  He had to take a leave of absence from the Mets in 1999 after admitting to having sex with a female employee – a case that was settled out of court.

His 40-year-old wife, having apparently wised up to the situation, is suing him for divorce and has already been deeded the couple’s multimillion-dollar, five bedroom home in Wilton, Connecticut.

Phillips has also been suspended by ESPN for a week – during which time he will presumably decide whether he likes his bunny rare, medium rare, medium well or well-done.
