Harry Reid Has A Problem

The U.S. Senate may end up adding a multibillion-dollar “health care reform” bill to the staggeringly-high mountain of deficit spending (a.k.a. “hope and change”) that’s overtaking Washington, D.C., but at what cost?

One of the casualties could very well be U.S. Senate Leader (and political mobster) Harry Reid.

According to a recent poll conducted by the Las Vegas Review Journal, Reid would lose his reelection bid to one of two relatively unknown Republican challengers if the election were held today.

From the story:

Though respondents can’t decide whom they want to win the Republican primary, they’re certain they don’t support Reid, the Senate majority leader seeking his fifth consecutive six-year term.

In one general election scenario, 49 percent of respondents picked (GOP party official Sue) Lowden and 39 percent chose Reid. In another, 48 percent picked (real estate developer Danny) Tarkanian to 43 percent for Reid. That poll, which surveyed 500 voters Tuesday through Thursday, has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.5 percentage points.

What does this mean?

“It’s become increasingly clear in recent weeks that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is in deep trouble in his re-election race next fall,” says Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post blog, “The Fix.”

Good.

The more of these criminals (of both parties) we can kick out, the better off this country will be.

Zounds, man! Don’t worry, ACORN will save the day, Mr. Harry! You can count on it!

Hate to tell you this, but even Dems want Harry Reid out. He’s awful, just awful.

Lando,
See if you can flog that ACORN canard just little more. Keep tuning into the republicans echo chamber of Fox News and talk radio where ACORN and Welfare provide the convenient excuse for those electoral beatdowns. That’s the blueprint for success.

Let’s see…the same ACORN organization which has been under investigation for VOTER FRAUD registered 40,000 + new voters in Minnesota in the last election.

Franken was declared the victor by 312 votes.

It worked for Franken; it WILL work for Reid.

Lando,
ACORN has been banned from receiving federal money. Try keeping up.

And I noticed that Michael Steele was recently caught on tape talking about the good work ACORN does. Guess he missed the Glenn Beck talking points.

Repugnants like beating a dead horse because they have no ideas, no future. Just angry Bubbas…

ACORN has N E V E R been convicted of voter fraud. If workers are paid per name, lazy ones are certainly going to sign up Mickey Mouse. ACORN turns those folks in and fires them. Of course, Repugnants never seem to grasp the concept that Mickey Mouse never shows up to vote.

May the correct description is …angry STUPID Bubbas…

Other Repugnants know the real story, they’re just upset ACORN registers people who have already made Repugnants a minority party. Get used to it, y’all.

I’m sure those video tapes where ACORN workers were giving tips on how to run an underage prostitution ring were all contrived, too. Those ACORN workers were all actors, right? Paid for by Glenn Beck…for sure!

So is Danny the son of Tark the shark?

By Red Bank Bar on October 14th, 2009 at 11:27 pm

lando can’t handle the truth. He can only spout talking points he’s memorized.

Of course, I could have been wrong. Lando might really have registered as Donald Duck and voted that way too…

RedBank there is a vast difference between “convicted” and guilty of committing. ACORN has registered the likes of MickyMouse and several other Disney characters as well as people who already died (a proven fact). That fact alone means they committed voter fraud. While they may not have been “convicted” they are still guilty.

And Pat, the ban on federal funds going to Acorn, expires on October 31, 2009. Wow, can I be punished like that….
