Silencing Sic

sic

Freedom isn’t free … especially when it comes to publishing facts and opinions that anger some of the wealthiest and most powerful individuals and institutions in South Carolina.

Unlike the mainstream media, which does as it’s told (and cashes its government checks) … we occasionally strike a nerve around here.

As a result, it’s no secret that our founding editor (above) has a king-sized bulls-eye on his back that any number of “aggrieved” insiders would just love to use for target practice.

We get that … and honestly, we’re okay with it (or at least Sic is).  Various coalitions of political insiders have tried plenty of times in the past to “take us out,” and they no doubt will try many times in the future … on increasingly higher, better-funded energy levels.

That’s why when we received word recently that another major “Target: Sic Willie” operation was underway, it’s didn’t surprise us (or scare us) in the least.

Maybe this latest plot will come to fruition, maybe not … but rest assured you’ll get the goods on any moves that are made against us.  All the goods.

Our founding editor also has a word (well, two words) of advice for anybody looking to pull the trigger against FITS.

“Don’t f*ckin’ miss.”

Okay, okay … that was three words.

Hang tough (Sic). Take it as a compliment that you have a target on your back like all of us who are willing to tell the truth! Most of us hit your website daily because of our automatic rejection as a lie of anything spewed by the current media such as the local news and the State paper. My opinion of you is that you are the South Carolina equivelant of the Drudge Report, but better. The truth has always hurt, but iron-spined people like you have always stood up to them. Looking forward to many more years of your valuable insight and factual journalism.

This could be real fun for all us fitsnews.com addicts. I mean, I admit that I am not a long-term Sic Addict, but it seems to me that you have never ducked anything negative said about you-even back to that ugly CDV thing. I say GOOD JOB for not ducking-ever. So,why don’t you get a jump ahead of them? Just do a post in which you go ahead and list every not-great thing you have ever done? List every dog you ever kicked, old lady you ever tripped, any female you ever nailed (no offense Mrs. Sic), every bar-room brawl you got into in college…..have some fun here! I know you are up to the challenge!

As I said before, in reference to any public figure-anyone is welcome to break the rules and ethics. BUT they must do so with the knowledge that it can come back to bite them and they need to be of good enough character to own up to it. I have no doubt you will, whatever they find!

And get started on that list Sic-don’t forget to mention that mythical cherry tree you cut down!

The problem is that all the powers that be in South Carolina play by rules of their own game that they believe only they should know. Backwards is forwards, left is right, I say X and it really means Y. Sadly, the powers that be also sell their souls to this game so they become disillusioned with reality because their reality becomes delusion. Furthermore, in order to keep their power ponzi scheme going they must spend even more money to cover up the rules of their game, and bring their sick twisted faux reality to the front so that everyone believes they are indeed righteous and looking out for those average citizens, all the while their MO goes against all common sense and economic soundness. This is where Sic comes into play. Exposing their little power game makes their job ten times harder than they thought it was going to be (which im sure most believe theirs to be cupcake factories). Indeed the truth hurts. And I love to see the dirty liberal statists try to stand up for these failed demogouges and attempt to call Sic every name under the sun, all because they are too close minded or are progressive elitists and can’t see that the bottom line is money.

For those that support the only true reform we have seen in eight years…reform accomplished at the end of the embarassing disclosure that only this site is driving…driving by the way by enduring an almost unbelievable amount of stress and discord that only the crooked can conceptualize in mass…For those that realize what is finally changing in this State…… you must do your part to keep this site going.

Every new embarassing tip, insider tips that drive these corrupt bastards crazy should now come from you insiders that know that it is finally time to rage against these mafia’s.

These tips are the lifeblood of the sites defense. More bullets to shoot back at all those wishing this site to go away.

South Carolina is a corrupt third world empire that existed on the assured mutual destruction that everyone had something on everyone…
but the fundamental money that keeps this dark reality going is gone and now the one word that the politicians can never utter without fear…..TAXES is coming.

Rainman has already started the “necessary” study and business’ all over the State are stunned….why us they say…
because Government crats do not know how to operate in a down revenue market.

Will Folks is an unlikely leader of this reform…something I think he would freely admit…but by God he is shaking the very foundation of this States Ruling Mafia dons and we have to keep it up..

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a serious mental illness characterized by pervasive instability in moods, interpersonal relationships, self-image, and behavior. This instability often disrupts family and work life, long-term planning, and the individual’s sense of self-identity. Originally thought to be at the “borderline” of psychosis, people with BPD suffer from a disorder of emotion regulation.

Sic……..continue to ask the tough QUESTIONz…!! Above all, continue to unload facts with a whiff of conjecture to challenge your faithful readers to investigate themselves…!!! Your very prompt actions to get in the comment TRENCHES; separates you from the almighty, holier than thou EDITORS, and so called reporters across our state…!! You even commend posters every once in a while; which is a heck of a LOT more, than ANY newspaper cares to show its online readers and posters…!! I can’t honestly say that I read you EVERY day but I try. Its not that I expect some kind of DIRT either….its more about how you THINK and the way your various readers QUESTION your observations.!! This veil of Good ol’ Boyz “Sandlapper backslappin’” has got to come to an END…!! Somehow….someway..!! If the whole state was made aware, of how we taxpayers are royally being bent over to “METHANE SCAM” and sweetin’ the Incentive pot for BOEING alone, ….the very foundations of every County courthouse would SHAKE….!!! Just as BMW had ramifications statewide that were unknown to many..so it seems BOEING’s energy tax ramifications will go un-noticed…!!! The burden of course will be so spread OUT over the coming decades that the BRUNT will be foisted on the backs of OUR children to really pay…!!! In reality, if things were out in the open for people to read and understand and VOTE on ……the right decisions would be made. The SAD truth is how both RINOz and DEMS are banking their own campaign cofferz off the backslappin’ skim….!!! From developers, to various rail agreements, to electrical rate negotiations, to PORT leadership arrangements, to waste disposal, and school bond issues……the impact is NOT being reported….!!! When the impending announcement is made, all smiles and pressing fleshy palms will be the norm. If citizens really knew how much tax burden was actually SHIFTED …..oh boy!?

When our Funding Editor read sic(k) willie’s claim that he posts “facts and opinions” she choked on evening Metamucil cocktail until it bubbled out her nose. She adds a double shot of Wild Turkey in the evenings.

“Facts” published by sic(k) willie include a wacko claim that a Midlands’ elected official has a “Strom problem,” his attempts to dig dirt over the grave of “some poor little black girl” and a host of other wacko rumors.

“Opinions” published by sic(k) willie are usually funded by Howie and his carpetbuggers. You know. Astroturf groups like Voice for Voucher Scams.

And everyone remembers when sic(k) willie got busted trying to push a “hit list” of Republicrats who did not follow sanfraud’s lead. His plan called for him to handle the “black ops.” What a political pimp!

Oh well. EMS just finished CPR on our Funding Editor, and she has poured another double Metamucil cocktail (without the Wild Turkey this time).

Time for her staff to get her to bed. She needs some rest.

    So does sic(k) willie.

Go ahead, say it in your best Bernard Shaw voice, “I’m broadcasting from the center of hell.”

You jump back and forth between being the only “real news in town” to being unfair and imbalanced.

Let’s see, you did a story on how Jenny Sanford is shirking her obligation to do a cancer walk in Columbia. Strangely, you didn’t do a single story when she actually did.

Then you go on about Tumpy Campbell and his fiance like you got some personal stake in it. We know, dating Charleston TV reporters is so 2002.

I don’t really care for either of these people, so it makes no never mind to me. But posing as a fake reporter on a blog site does not give you immunity from criticism. Man up like you expect all of your delicious “targets” to do.

    Pat,

I do love this area and have friends and family here I love more than anything.

However, some in our current local government and some in law enforcement have made this county and surrounding ones practically impossible for many folks to live here in peace, good people who have worked hard to make this area prosper, to make it decent. I’m a pretty decent person, but I’m not speaking of myself. I’m referring to good people who attempt to address serious issues, the child abuse, the crack and meth infestation on the streets, political corruption that hurts so many, loss of jobs, education, etc.

All it takes is the one proverbial rotten apple, so to speak. There is certainly more than one in this bunch up here. A 17-year-old dead in Cheraw Police Dept. from “suicide”. A Mr. Sheffield shot in the back how many times while the police officer is aquitted and walks grinning from the courthouse. People in jail for marijuana or stealing clothes from Wal Mart with ridiculous fines and sentences, while crack dealers, bank robbers, child molesters and the like somehow walk free time after time.

Money spent by fool(s) for the Sheriff’s Dept. to have a copter and tank while our schools fail, children are raped, animals euthanized in the local shelter in numbers that would make Hitler proud, were they Jews instead of cats and dogs, our jobs sent overseas en masse, on and on. Decontamination chambers, weapons the military would envy, all in the hands of our local law enforcement. They say they get this stuff from grants, but that’s still taking money needed for more legitimate, serious causes.

Beware Al Quaida and stray animals everywhere, this county’s ready for ya! To all child molesters, crack and meth dealers, bank robbers, and other such low-lifes, welcome, our county’s got the red carpet rolled out and ready for ya. You may have to give your money to drug court or PTI, but that’s a pretty small price, don’t you think? From there, some of our politicos and law enforcement can school you in how to continue with your lives of crime, and how to remain more effectively immune to punishment for your respective deeds.

Perhaps I should not blame them. Perhaps I should simply take it for what it is, a trickle-down effect from the majority of inept clowns in Columbia and the rest of the state, and most certainly the ones in D.C.

I don’t mind being called wrong, I don’t even mind when someone uses sarcasm or humor to make my point completely invalid. I guess I just don’t respond well to tacky or embarassing comments.

That said, I appreciate your post, Pat. Feel free to bash anything I say, if you so desire. The ability to do that on this site is what makes it so worthwhile.
