obd, as we know, and Spurrier admitted, the voters in the USA Today poll are not the coaches but some lower level staff member. So what is the strategy? All our opponents are to be ranked high before we play them. Then if we lose, we can say well they were a higher ranked team. If we win then we can say we beat one of the top teams.

The game wasn’t over a minute before the very swine who voted Miss to be #4 were screaming about how they were extremely overrated. The assholes who vote in these polls are certainly practicing to become republican politicians…cause they are never wrong. And what’s up with all these 2nd tier western schools being ranked. Unless you are the “usual suspects” (Texas, Alabama, Florida, SoCal, etc.) it is extremely hard to get ranked UNLESS you were ranked in the preseason poll. The voters NEVER want to say they screwed up so they will hang with their early picks until those picks have at least 3 losses.
