Smooching Besties?

Hollywood actresses Drew Barrymore and Ellen Page (the chick from Juno) are best friends …  best friends who kiss each other.

No really … at least they kissed each other during the photo shoot and accompanying “curiously intimate chat” for the latest edition of Marie Clare magazine, which our founding editor has been rampaging newsstands all over the Southeast this morning in an effort to procure.

From Marie Clare’s “Girlfriends With Benefits” story …

“I first met Drew at the Chateau Marmont,” Page says. “And it was a surreal moment for me in my life. You could just feel her warmth and kindness immediately, and the way she carried herself was just so grounded. So then it was like, ‘Oh, this is going to be great.’ And then it went into, ‘Oh, my God, I’m really crazy about this person.’ It just grew and grew and grew and grew and grew.”

Wow.  We know the feeling (at least the growing and growing and growing and growing part).

The pair reportedly “(couldn’t) keep their hands off each other” throughout the interview, which also features Barrymore gushing over Page’s body and the two discussing secret romantic getaways.

Oh, and the pictures … while that’s not a full-on lesbian liplock, it’s sure as hell better than that rinky dink Vanessa Hudgens nonsense.
