Since Connecticut is so small, we can only assume that the state budget there is no big deal.
Seriously, people … you could probably pay for road maintenance in the “Nutmeg State” for the next five years with the loose change bouncing around in your pockets.
Anyway, that’s why we were not surprised to see Connecticut lawmakers enjoying a little solitaire during the budget debate last week. Oh, and let’s not forget the dude in the back row of this picture checking out ESPN.com, which of course has its headquarters located in Bristol, Connecticut.
