No, we’re not having technical difficulties … at least none that we know of. Nor did we get hacked (again) or contract a computer virus, although it’s certainly not from our founding editor’s lack of searching for Jessica Biel screen savers.
No, this time the virus is human …

Sic Willie is, well, “sick.” Like, for real. And unlike most people who just suck it up and get on with their business, Sic prefers to writhe around in the bed exaggerated agony while insisting that his every need be attended to.
“I got the swine flu,” he’s been telling everyone. “I’m dying. They should put me on a water tower like Ferris.”
Fortunately, the lovely Mrs. Sic is having none of it. With the exception of administering his medication and making sure he’s eating enough, she’s not indulging his whining.
“I’m not paying any attention to him, honestly,” she says.
We hope to still have several stories up today, but we do appreciate everyone being patient … especially Mrs. Sic.

Sounds to me like an excuse to avoid writing about the culmination of the Santini season, and the continued string of disappointments for Team Fartknocker.

…and while you are convalescing (and at the risk of being maudlin – Luv Guv style actually – I REALLY DO wish you a speedy recovery), would you kindly change the tuneage from “Luka” to anything else, may I suggest Petty, the Stones or maybe even the Brothers Gibb! As Reagan was fond of saying, “there he goes again”, subconsciously channeling your inner “domestic relations” issues with this “Luka” thing. Thanks in advance.
