Bob needs to gracefully bow out. Blaming everything on the bureaucrats is not going to get him re-elected. He’s had 16 years to develop a personality and leadership style. Has anyone tried to deal with the city water department lately? Property inspections? He and Frannie can sit and talk about how everybody was so unfair to them. Blah, blah, blah.

Who would ever think that one should discuss actual ideas instead of wardrobes. Look at how Charleston, Greenville, Spartanburg, and even Fort Mill have grown while Columbia just stagnates.
