A Word On Death Panels
Running contrary to an apparent Advance Directive that advises them to “continue resuscitation efforts long past the final gasping throes of death,” Barack Obama’s death panels should consider sparing the GOP its ongoing refusal to accept its own passing.
After all it’s Dead Elephant Walking, at this point … or Dead RINO Walking, really … and yet Obama is strangely botching it by basically holding up a giant “U-Turn” sign on the GOP’s Bataan Death March.
Seriously, keeping the GOP alive and kicking ain’t cheap. This is a party that has lived off of borrowed time (and printed money) for far too long. Better to save us further time and money and heartache and just bury it already, put it to rest.
Literally.
It’s time to bury the dead and start a new Republican Party, people. One that actually bears some resemblance to the principles the original GOP was founded on.
But no.
We can’t do that, because Obama continues to inexplicably engage the GOP in its insistence on defying death, showing up at town hall after town hall posturing a partisanship that has long since been bi-.
Another town hall, another Republican with a gun … and it’s the other party that’s supposed to be the asses!
It’s undignified, the GOP’s unprecedented will to live. To delay the inevitable is to tarnish a legacy, to pawn one’s heritage for its demise.
That’s exactly what we should tell the death panels when again they convene.
Hey, panels: Pull the plug. Humanity and practicality dictate it.

Good article and yes the hell with the GOP and the Democrats. I voted for Ron Paul in the Primary and Chuck Baldwin in the election I am proud that I cast my vote against the establishment. I will never vote for who the media tells me are my choices again, FOX News and CNN are part of the establishment and part of the problem.

This is a pretty stream of consciousness story, even for FITS. I had to read it a couple of times to get the gist…
Seems within the last few decades, the ‘death knell’ has been sounded against both parties at one time or another. I’m not writing either party off until I attend their funeral. About the only thing I see the two parties agree on is that there shouldn’t be a major third party, since now they just carp at each other over everything…
